Nokia’s latest Bluetooth headset, the BH-606, has cleared FCC’s lab tests. A Class 2 device, it is compliant with Bluetooth 2.0+EDR specification and supports Headset Profile 1.1 and Hands-Free Profile 1.5.
The Nokia BH-606 features answer/end, power and volume keys on the body and features a white indicator light, which flashes when the battery runs out of juice. Nokia claims a talk time of up to 8 hours or 280 hours of standby time on a full charge. Pairing the headset with your Bluetooth enabled phone is as easy as holding the power button for about 5 seconds – and entering the universal passcode (0000).
No word on the pricing yet, but it should hit the streets soon.
