For all that love the iPhone 4′s Facetime feature, then you should know that there is an artist named David Lanham who can do your caricature.

As you can see from the picture, you can have your face immortalized with a simple FaceTime phone call. I would imagine that you could do this on an airplane.

It will cost you about $50, though.
