Everex launches IMPACT GC3502 Desktop Computer
Everex has launched their latest desktop computer code-named Impact GC3502 with a cheap price, it is designated for students and "normal" computer users. Besides coming with Windows Vista Home Basic as the operative system, the computer also has OpenOffice installed.
The key features of the new Everex computer include a VIA C7-D processor running at 1.5Ghz, 1GB of DD2 RAM memory, and a SATA hard-disk with 80GB. The VIA processor is good to decrease the electricity usage because it only performs at a 20W peak power (2W being the average), therefore the electricity bills will become cheaper when comparing to the usage of a normal processor.
Other features of the Impact GC3502 include a VIA Chrome 9 graphic card, a Realtek High-Definition Audio as the soundcard, and all the accessories needed to start the computer - keyboard, mouse and speakers. It only costs $298.
