ETEN X600 Specs Out

The X600 is powered by a Samsung CPU at 400 MHz and includes 128 MB ROM and 64 MB SDRAM which can be extended with microSD memory cards.

Furthermore the X600 supports quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and WiFi b/g plus a SiRF Star III GPS chipset. The X600 is thinner as its forerunners (the X500 and X500+) by measuring 107 x 58 x 14.7 mm at a weight of 136 g only.

Featuring a bicolor black/purple housing, the X600 is expected to sports Windows Mobile 6 Professional. And, like its forerunners, the X600 also features GPS.
