Embedded DUALphone 3088 for Skype Becomes a PBX-like System with Multiple Handsets

RTX, leading company in wireless product development, adds Three Additional Handsets to the DUALphone 3088 (a standalone cordless Internet phone with Skype(tm)) letting the users to avail of PBX-like System facility with Two Lines, Conference Calls, Intercom, and Attended Call Transfer between Handsets. With the new PBX-like functionality you will be able to have two outgoing or incoming calls simultaneously, one via Skype over the broadband connection and one via the original telephone line operator. It is possible to transfer a call to another handset by attended call transfer the four handsets. The additional handsets for the DUALphone 3088 will be available from at a price of EUR 79. PBX-like functionality will be made Available to the existing DUALphone 3088 customers though a firmware update at the end of April.
