But you have to outfit it with 2GB memory as a minimum because Vista likes more memory as being a resource hog. Also use the latest graphic drivers from ATI and under the device manager-disk drives, don`t forget to turn on advanced performance under the policies tab. With all of the above done, this neat pc runs like a charm and it will give you lots of responsiveness for so less money. Also, one great feature of this machine is the fact that you can swap the processor, which is sits in a AM2 slot, with a much faster AMD Athlon X2 5050e if you want to. Every AMD processor that uses less than 50 watts of juice are usable without creating to much heat. Well, it surely degrades your battery life but isn't great?
