Electric Pocket's Ringo Mobile Rings in New Features and Support for Windows Mobile 6.0
Part of the fun of owning a mobile phone is being able to customize it, and that means custom ringtones! Electric Pocket's Ringo Mobile, a leading ringtone manager for Pocket PC Phones and Windows Mobile Smartphones, announced today that they now support Windows Mobile 6 and now also have available more options for identifying incoming callers.
Ring has been a popular ringtone manager for Pocket PC phones and Windows Mobile smartphones for some time now, allowing users features such as assigning ringtones to individual callers or groups of callers, as well as playing MP3 songs and tunes as ringtones.
With Ringo, you can set users to each have their own specific ringtones, so that you can recognize who is calling without having to even look at your phone's screen. The latest version of Ringo also includes the ability to associate a custom picture with each caller in your address book as another way to quickly identify who is calling.
Another really cool feature of the new Ringo is the ability to screen calls for unknown callers, or those not listed in your address book. For example, you can set specific ringtones and SMS tones for unknown callers, or even set the phone to Silent Mode when unknown calls come through.
Ringo Mobile software is available at Ringo's website for just $24.95, a small price to pay for the ultimate ringtone customization on your smartphone or Pocket PC.
