Did you lose or forget your password for your iPhone? Well not to worry. ElcomSoft Co. Ltd. has announced the release of their new password recovery tool, the ElcomSoft iPhone Password Breaker which should help unlock iPhone and iPod Touch backup encryptions. This software grants forensic access to information stored on Apple devices by recovering password-protected backups.

And for a limited time, the pre-release version is available free of charge. The new Elcomsoft password recovery tool works with offline backups, supports original and “jailbroken” devices, and does not require Apple iTunes to be installed.
