EFi-X Dongle Ready to Ship

I was telling you about EFi-X and its progress just a couple of days ago, but when I went ahead and tried to order one online I found out that’s not an available option yet.

And here we are a few days later when I hear the dongle is ready to ship to anyone. It will come in to versions: USB V1 for all users and USB V2 for developers. I guess it’s so fascinating being able to run Apple’s OS X on any PC that I am considering getting such a device. It’s just $155!

Question is, is EFi-X going to be OK with Apple later on? Or will Apple go after it in court?
