The HTC Droid Incredible is experiencing a delay, and there was that rumor that it was being discontinued. Now there is another rumor on the Incredible, but I hope that this is true.

Apparently, an Incredible was spotted with both 720p video recording and HTC 3G hotspot app. This certainly would make the Incredible as hot as the HTC EVO 4G from Sprint.

So, is this true? Who knows. I think it would take more than a software upgrade to get the Incredible to function like an EVO 4G, right. Unless the Incredible really is that Incredible.
