Dragon Dictation is one of the most popular desktop dictation software, and they have recently made an iPhone App.

I suppose it stands to reason that Dragon Dictation would come to the iPad, and sure enough, it has. Now you can have the speech recognition software wherever you go, and dictate emails and notes that can be copied and pasted when necessary.

Best of all, it is free! Better get it at the App Store when you get your iPad, assuming that you can get your iPad tomorrow.
