We’ve already seen the Dell‘s Mini 3i for the Chinese smartphone market and now it seems they are also working on an Android powered MID.

According to BGR, this device will be called the Streak and feature a 5-inch multitouch display, 3G, WiFI, 5 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and a microSD slot.

As for availability? Well, like most things unannounced there was no word.
