Dell XPS M1730 Coming Soon

After the spotting of the Dell XPS m1330 a couple of months ago, the folks over the Engadget report the sighting of another Dell, this time the Dell XPS M1730. The XPS M1730, an apparent heir to the M1710, features a large 17" display and the info being passed around Dell's Round Rock, Texas headquarters indicate that the M1730 will be nothing less than a beast underneath, packing a punch with an Intel Core 2 Extreme X7800 mobile processor. The X7800, if you missed out, is targeted at gaming/video editing and other CPU intensive applications.
Starting models will come with a 256MB Nvidia GeForce 8600 GS card and go up to a 512MB GeForce 8700M GT. System memory will be topped at 4GB (although you can't really see all of it in Windows XP and certain versions of Windows Vista), and you will also have Bluetooth 2.0 on your hands for your wireless/mobile/PDA needs.
No word on the pricing, but it may be coming out of the Dell labs on August 27, 2007.
