Dell is definitely not giving up on its smartphones. We’ve heard they were not that special just a little while ago but the company is determined to enter the mobile business. Does it have what it takes? Is it ready for the Chinese market?

It looks like Dell has been talking to Chinese operators about its future Android smartphones. But will Dell succeed with an unknown device in a market where even the most popular phones haven’t officially been launched yet? And by popular we mean iPhones of course. If Dell does succeed then it just might grab an important market share since China is a gianormous country with lots of potential subscribers.
