Dell is really looking to make a breakthrough in the mobile industry with some of their latest devices. We’ve already seen the Dell Streak 5-inch tablet which is expected to hit AT&T later this year and now have another, more pocket-friendly device dubbed the Dell Thunder.

What you see above is a nice and blurry picture of the device that was sent to our friends over at Engadget. While we can’t make much out from the picture other than the fact that it’s running Android, we do have some specs to go along with it. Apparently, the device will feature a 4.1-inch display with an 800 x 480 resolution, Android 2.1, an 8 megapixel camera with 720p video capture capabilities, and a 1400 mAh battery.

No word on when this will be made available but we’ll keep you posted.
