Surprisingly Dell hasn’t made any official announcement about its rumored smartphone. And we’ve seen quite a few announcements at the MWC so far. But it looks like AT&T Mobility’s CEO Ralph de la Vega has decided to unofficially confirm it. Or at least that’s what we were led to believe. He said that Dell has “announced they’re entering the smartphone market.” Now if I go around saying that, it might be true but it might also be false as it’s just a rumor. When the CEO of an important carrier says that phrase it’s not a rumor anymore. It’s a fact. Now we can stop wondering if Dell is launching a smartphone and start wondering when it will launch it.
