Mini 3T1 is the codename of the latest cellphone developed by Dell which will become available for purchase in China.

Specification-wise the Dell Mini 3T1 has a monoblock shape and features a touchscreen, a 2-megapixel camera, and WAPI wireless. The operative system is the OPhone which is a better version of the Android, and in terms of connections it includes GSM, TD-SCDMA, and 3G.
