Dell Mini 3i cell phoneBy Jeff Baker - 08/17/2009 2:31:49 PM |

It seems that those blurry pictures we got of Dell’s rumored smartphone were real as today the phone was officially revealed in China. The device itself is called the Mini 3i and is running Google’s Android operating system. The device, however, does not feature WiFi or 3G connectivity and instead just EDGE.
If that little tidbit didn’t turn you away, read on for the rest of the specs:
- GSM/GPRS/EDGE
- 3.5″ 640×360 touchscreen LCD
- OTA
- Microsoft Exchange
- Google, AIM, Yahoo, MSN
- 3 MP camera with auto-focus, flash, 8x digital zoom and 30fps video recording capabilities
- USB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.0
- A-GPS
- Software QWERTY keyboard, handwriting recognition, multi touch UI
- microSD slot
Unfortunately there is no word on when (if ever) we will see Dell’s Mini 3i hit North American shelves.
