Dell Files Petition to Cancel Netbook Patent

Dell was the first to make the move but I’m sure some other company would have done it eventually. Dell filed a petition with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in which it’s requesting that Psion’s netbook trademark to be cancelled. Psion is surely going to loose this unless it decides to create a totally new netbook much better than everything we’ve seen so far. So, ladies and gentlemen, place you bets now! Who will win that netbook patent?
