Sprint is finally considering Android phones, or so does its CEO, Dan Hesse, say. Talking at the Fortune’s Brainstorm: Tech event in Pasadena, Dan Hesse said that he’s glad for waiting on Android:
T he reviews say now it’s ready for prime time. It wasn’t when it first came out.
Sprint will launch at least one Android handset this year and we hope it plans to launch even more in the future. Considering that T-Mobile isn’t interested in the Hero in any way, should we conclude that Sprint is the designated carrier for possibly one of the hottest HTC phones made so far?
