Some people say it’s bad to use headphones when riding a bicycle, because accidents can happen when you can’t listen to anything else but loud music. That is when Cy-Fi joins the party to solve the problem, because it works as a wireless speaker. The device is available at Amazon for $200, and currently there is only one unit left.
As expected, Cy-Fi uses bluetooth to create a connection to an iPod or cellphone, and has a range of 30 feet. The battery is good enough to 6 hours on a single charge, which seems more than enough. The wireless speaker has controls located on the left/ride side to change tracks or volume.

Small but critical correction: Cy-Fi doesn’t use BlueTooth to connect to an iPod, but instead uses Kleer wireless audio technology (www.kleer.com) allowing for CD-quality (16-bit, 44.1 kHz), uncompressed, lossless music.
