It looks like Samsung will have the distinction of releasing the first Bluetooth 3.0 mobile phone with the Samsung S8500. Some of the features to look out for with the Samsung S8500 aside from the new Bluetooth technology include a 3.1” touchscreen with AMOLED and a TouchWiz interface.

The Samsung S8500 will also be quad-band EDGE/GPRS which is suspected to be 3G capable. The Samsung S8500 is expected to be launched later in the year although we might just see it at the Mobile World Congress.
