Toshiba Satellite(R) M65-S80 Desktop
Toshiba announced the launch of the Toshiba Satellite M65-S809, aimed to be a multimedia desktop replacement. With a 17" widescreen, 100 GB of disk space, it may well become a replacement for your desktop. At 7.3 pounds (3.3 kg), it is lightweight for the amount of advanced features it sports.The display is enhanced by Toshiba's TruBrite (TM) technology, and the laptop boasts harman/kardon (R) stereo speakers enriched with TruSurround XT for mindblowing audio experience, allowing the Satellite to be used for movie viewing as well.
Toshiba also did the right thing by opting for the powerful Intel Centrino Mobile Technology with the Pentium M Processor 740 for greater power efficiency and 802.11 b/g wireless networking. However, it doesn't support the faster SATA drives, instead settling for a 5400 rpm ATA-6 interface.
