Sony HS- Series LCD Monitors
Sony is introducing a new line of LCD monitors called the HS-Series. Sony is claiming that the new HS Series is centered around versatility as it offers both digital and analog interface connectors. I hate to tell you this Sony but many manufactures have been doing this for quite some time!
The new HS Series will come initially with two monitors - the 17 inch model known as the HS75D and the 19 inch model known as the HS95D. Both monitors enjoy a native resolution of 1280 x 1024 with a response rate of 8 ms. The 17 incher has a contrast ratio of 600:1 while the 19 inch display has a 700:1 contrast ratio.
Both HS models offer two levels of automatic self adjustments. When the monitor is first connected to a PC, it will perform an automatic image adjustment to try and achieve the best picture. Afterwards, the monitor uses the Advanced ECO-Mode to automatically adjust screen settings based on lighting conditions.
You can get the HS series in either black or silver and they can also be wall mounted for space conscious folks. Via BIOS Magazine.
