Iomega announced that the Iomega REV Backup Kit is now bundled with Computer Associates BrightStor ARCserve backup software, giving SMEs a complete server and workstation backup and disaster recovery solution.

The kit includes the REV drive - you can opt for either USB 2.0 or ATAPI interface - and 6 removable 35GB REV disks, capable of read/write performance up to 25MB/sec. That's a total of 210GB of backup space available; or a cool 400GB when it's compressed. Oh, and you don't even have to worry about the size of the REV disk: at a sleek 10 x 77 x 75 mm, it's smaller than a deck of playing cards.

BrightStor ARCserve is compatible with Windows, Netware, Linux, UNIX and Mac OS X servers and clients, and provides advanced network backup features.
