		<description>I think that this is a good thing, not sure why would FCC complain. For an example, I was in Japan 3 months ago and they have truly fast connection, much faster then any Comcast connection I ever surfed on.

Check this:

1. Japan 
2. Sweden 
3. Netherlands 
4. Latvia 
5. Korea 
6. Switzerland 
7. Lithuania 
8. Denmark 
9. Germany 
10. Slovenia

Looking at this statistics we are not even in top 10 and that's shame.

I do understand the concern about fast Internet, hacking etc, but with fast Internet the security issue should be fixed as well, maybe if US had the tech support that is actually US based would fix half of the problems.
