Cobra presents GPSM 5000

|

Cobra%20GPSM%205000-gps.jpgGPSM 500 is the codename of the new GPS system made by Cobra. The navigation system sports a OptiView 5-inch touchscreen with ultra-bright technology, and the text or voice language can be set to English, French, and Spanish.

Cobra decided to include some nice features on the GPSM 5000 to make life easier for everyone, such as a simple alert for speed and red light cameras; a voice warning for those occasions in which the speed of the vehicle exceeds your settings; and a “Smart Power” function that turns off the device when the ignition is off. Obviously, the maps of the US and Canada are already preloaded, and even has directions for Alaska and Hawaii.

There are over 7.6 million Points of Interest, and another special feature is the “My Favorite Brands” that lets you pick a brand (be it a restaurant, retail store, or others) and place the icon on the map, creating a more personal environment.

The Cobra GPSM 5000 is priced at $510.
