Need a new MID this Christmas? Well how about Clarion‘s MiND device? We’ve been waiting for it since September so it’s about time it arrive. You get a 4.8 inch WVGA touchscreen, an Intel Atom CPU, 512MB of RAM and a 4GB SSD. There’s Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi support, a microSD card slot and 2 USB ports. You get Firefox for a browser and RealPlayer for your music and videos. Maps for the USA and Canada will be preloaded and it will all work on Linux baby!

And here’s the bad news price: $649.99. Now go sit on Santa’s lap and ask for it.
