CKing brings out world’s first projector phoneBy Dax - 06/14/2008 5:07:27 AM |
No prizes for guessing what UI Chinese King aka CKing’s revolutionary product ripped off, but we’ll forgive that fact for taking us one step closer to a home theater/cell phone-in-a-pocket idea. Although being a bit too pudgy from a normal cell phone, the nameless projector phone can beam 30-inch images at 640×480 megapixels for close to 2 hours. Not bad for a start but we can expect a few more improvements down the road. The LCoS-based projector requires focus adjustment manually and uses a LED light source. Now, if they could shave off a few millimeters off the fatty and change the UI to something more unique, they might just have a winner! Click on for more pictures…
