According to the word on the street, that Palm wonder which is the Pre will be manufactured by that Taiwanese OEM Chi Mei Communication Systems. The company also makes phones for Motorola so we should assume the guys know what they’re doing. Are we to understand that they are just starting to make the Pres? Have they started before?
