It has been revealed that Palm has two new devices coming soon which are currently in the discreet development phase and are codenamed Zeppelin and Skywriter. The document that TamsPPC got is actually an invitation for developers to join the development program and the last date for submitting applications is 30 May. This makes us suspect that the new phones will appear somewhere in Third Quarter. Another Palm Insider removed the suspicion about the existence of Centrolike WM device. It may contain Skywriter or WM6.1 version of the Treo 500.

Do you know what MEMS device is? It's a micro electro-mechanical system device like some of the current microphones in use. Well apparently top handset vendors are thinking of exploiting MEMS too. By the first quarter of 2009 new handsets with dual MEMS microphones are to be released. Until then we are led to believe these handsets will enter development later this year just in time to meat the deadlines.

MEMS microphones for phones have been used more and more and they are expected to reach one billion by 2011 or more than 70% of all handset microphones or so do research say. We wouldn't know that yet. We'd like to find out more about those new MEMS dual microphones to be developed.

Samsung Korea has announced the launch of SCH-W420/SPH-W4200 Anycall Phones. These touchscreen phones lets the users communicate through 22 types of vibrations. The cell phones equip DMB TV, 2MP camera and 3.2 inch screen. The Anycall Haptic Phones bear a great UI to let the users enjoy visual, acoustic, and touch sensations. They are expected to be available at an expected price of 700000 won in pink and white color.

GoldStriker have done it again this time they are announcing the 24ct gold iphone ' Black Beauty ' edition. This will be part of the Elite Choice collection designed by Goldstriker's cheif designer Stuart Hughes. The front bezel and rear logo have been struck with 24ct gold leaving the rear beautifully adourned with the exact colour match for the Jaguar midnight black metallic range. Stuart Hughes customised this for himself to go with his car as pictured and quoted ' I quite liked the 1st black one we did to match the Bentley colour range but hell no i cant afford a Bentley so this one will do me just right for now.'
