Whenever a new smartphone gets released we would all like to get as many details as possible about what it does and when it will be available. We also would like to see as many pictures as possible. We'd like to have our own hands on those models but in the mean time we can offer you other people's experience.

We talked about the HTC since it got officially launched in London last week. Check out these new pictures of an HTC Touch Diamond at work just bellow. They look great right? What do you think? Still unsure between this HTC or the 3G iPhone?

The HTC Touch Diamond just never stops amazing us with its unbelievable specs and its sleek black looks. It was hinted by the HTC officials that there will be a slew of accessories to go along with this awesome device and we present to you the first in that line, the official desktop cradle for the Touch Diamond. The dock carries over the smooth black finish that sets the Touch Diamond apart from others, and the picture implies that the dock can sync/charge the Touch Diamond while you groove to some of your favorite numbers via the included headphones.

The dock is already available for preorder from Clove. Now, if only they hurry up with the release of the Touch Diamond!

I will never get tired of the term "iPhone Killer," but if there ever was one which really hoped to live up to that moniker, it would be the HTC Touch Diamond. The interface is really slick and the 2.8-inch VGA screen looks awesome. Couple that fact with Windows Mobile 6.1, aGPS, some HSDPA/HSUPA goodness, and you have your perfect touchscreen phone. HTC has definitely put in a lot of effort for this do-it-all device, but of course, we never know how Apple might strike back with the 3G iPhone. As speculated, in London today the HTC Touch Diamond was announced. And while details are still forthcoming, there have been a few released press images to whet your appetite. 2.8" VGA display, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4GB internal flash, 528 MHz CPU and 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus?
