Cellular South picked the HTC Hero a few weeks ago, and today they started accepting pre-orders for the smartphone. And the best part is that there is a “good” deal to go with it, related to the monthly plans.

At $80 per month you get the best package – Smartphone Unlimited Plan – which includes everything unlimited such as talk, text, web and email. In case you want to add another phone to this plan, it only costs half the price of the original, and for $40 you get the same. The HTC Hero can be pre-ordered online or at Cellular South stores for $100 after rebate.
