Cellular One BlackBerry Pearl Introduced

|

BlackPearl.jpgThis one has been hyped up for a long time. The new BlackBerry Pearl introduced its availability today at retailers everywhere. So were going to hype it up a little bit more for you!

The usual, 1.3 MP camera, with up to 5X zoom, MP3 and AAC music support, as well as MPEG and H.263 video formats. With a stereo head jack you are going to need some memory to fill up your music collection right? Well, the Pearl comes with 64MB built-in flash memory, with expandable MicroSD slots, (hopefully it can support 4GB or even more!).

A 240x260 color display, that supports an innovative light-sensing technology that automatically adjusts the screen, trackball and keyboard lighting for optimal viewing in outdoor, indoor and dark environments. Also, the SureType keyboard allows you to text and type faster on the small QWERTY keyboard. The Pearl also comes with a High Performance HTML internet browser, and can support up to 10 personal and corporate email accounts.

The retail of this Cellular One BlackBerry Pearl phone is $349.99, but I'm sure you can score a deal with your service provider for another 2 year contract and possible get the phone for $199.99.
