order phone didnt get same as promised called up citi card to stop payment and issue refund . their customer service dosent exist at all total scam . going to try to get in touch with ca. attorney gen. office to see if they will investigate them and shut them down.

I bought a phone that did NOT work back in Dec. After a lot of email, Mr DAVID BLEEDEN finally sent me the code to send the item back for a refund.
I sent the phone back the next month and still no refund received. It’s a total SCAM!
David Bleeden also sent me his tel #. I am gonna pass it to all of you. it is 818-889-1789 ext. 203
He won’t answer any phone call but if you guys want to call him and leave him a message just so he knows how many people he is hurting, call.

I purchased a cell phone from cellular blowout on 6/14/09. They charged my card the next day. On the third day they sent me an email indicating that my order had been shipped that morning. Then, I started reading reviews about this company and I got a little bit scared about losing my money or getting a wrong/damaged product, so I wrote them an email which they politely answered, they promised that the phone they had sent me was new. I received the phone on the 5th day, it was the right phone! however it had a minor scratch on the back but at that point I didn’t even care anymore, at least I had received my product…

In other words, don’t buy from this company because they will send you a used product even if you paid the price for a new one.

Do not buy from them - they are scammers

They never sent the product I ordered after 3 months — I asked for refund which I have never received. its been over 6 months now.

I have contacted them over and over and still nothing.

Do not purchase anything from this site… there is a 95% chance you will not get your order…They charged my card and i received no phone…Since i took too long to dispute the charge my credit card company couldn’t refund the amount. So i had to call action line where they have lawyers for free..and the best we could do is have them send us a different phone of equal value and was also promised a free car charger and usb cable, but only got the phone. This whole process took 6 months to resolve. My Advice: if you buy from them use your credit card and if the purchase doesn’t not come on the exact date that it is due (try to make the order 2-3 days and not 5 or more) then dispute the charge immediately by calling you credit card company. All you have to do is tell them you order a product it didn’t come and you would like to stop the transaction. Do not try to contact or email cellular-blowout because they will just send you emails pro longing this problem and by then it will be too late to dispute the charge and they will have your money!

I just have to wait 30 days and my credit card company will take the money back and refund me. Good thing i didnt use debit or other.

DO NOT buy anything in this site it is a Scam!! they took my money and sent nothing, I have been trying to contact them a month ago, do not be scammed like I was!!!!! they stole my money!!

Same exact thing happened to me. Web site said phone was in stock. I didn’t get it, they said it was out of stock and to please wait and they’d give me a new charger. I tried calling and it’s an endless loop to voicemail. Impossible to get person on the phone.

They finally sent email:

“Valued Customer,
At this time we are unable to issue a credit back to your credit card from this facility. The credit card processor responsible for charging your card has not released the funds from your order to our company, which leaves us with no funds to refund your order with. At this time, what we suggest is that you call the number on the back of the credit card you used for this purchase, explain to them that the merchandise was not received, the order has been canceled, you have received this letter, and you want to dispute the charge.
We sincerely apologize for this trouble. If you need further assistance please submit a new ticket with the subject of refund due. Thank you.

I bought a phone from these thieves THEY CHARGED MY BANK CARD AND ALL AND I NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE. and they said there was a delay in the shipment. up untilthis day i have not recieved a phone or the accessories that they say will compensate for the delay in my order. THEY ARE A BUNCH THIEVES WHO LIVE OFF PEOPLE’S HARD EARNED MONEY.

Its a scam, for sure. After 3 weeks of no shipment, I am filing an investigation through my bank. I was trusting enough to use my debit card on this website. Got a representative to call me back and reassure me they have phones coming after they were delayed at the customs. When I said I need a refund, they said they will return the money. However, I still have to see about that. If I knew these people, I would drive where ever they are and smash their fingers with a hammer so they would never use the internet to scam people again!

Scammers!!!!!!!! Same thing with me as above. Took my money through Paypal, who won’t investigate because it’s been too long. Why has it been too long? Because these Cellular blowout.crooks know if they string you along, it’s harder to get your money back. I have nothing, no response to calls or emails…but they have my money. Total thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a phone. They charged my credit card without sending anything. Issued emails indicating a short term delay, promised free charger included for inconvenience. They ask you don’t go to your cc for refund it will only delay process….my mistake to believe anything from these guys. They have my money, I have nothing. Worst internet purchase experience yet.
