Motorola's interest in Android devices is well known and we have another candidate rumored to be available from Verizon soon. The Motorola Sholes is the Android phone in question and if you're interested in unofficial features then you should know this handset will offer you a 3.7-inch touchscreen, CDMA, EV-DO Rev A support, 512MB of storage, 256MB of RAM, microSD and microSDHC support for up to 16GB, a 5-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, GPS, USB and WiFi. Verizon should launch it sometime so you'll have to wait a while if you have just fallen in love with it.

We've been hearing about the fabled Motorola Morrison for some time now but without any official word we were left in the dark in terms of a price point and release date.

Luckily, thanks to the FCC, we now know that the phone is at least a bit closer to hitting North American carriers. Other than a few basic specs, make note that T-Mobile's 3G bands are prominently displayed in the above screen capture. Our source also confirms that the handset will be running Android and have WiFi.

A coincidence? Probably not, expect this phone on T-Mobile, at some point in the near future.

We haven't gotten to see too many A series cellphones from Motorola, except for the A455, which was released last month on Verizon Wireless. We now have news of a new handset in that segment, the A45 Murano, which surfaced on a Brazilian website recently. We don't have many details on this pudgy guy as of now, but what we do know is that the A45 is a non-3G, QWERTY-toting (pretty obvious from the picture of course) messaging phone, that should feel right at home among Motorola's other low-end messaging phones such as the QA1 or even the A455. There is also a 2-megapixel camera tucked in, but that's all the dirt we have on this new entrant. We will get you the info on it as it emerges, so don't go nowhere!

The Motorola device, the Motorola Clutch i465 initially made its way through Boost Mobile. But now, Sprint is scheduled to introduce the said phone starting at $29.99 a month this coming summer.

The Motorola Karma QA1 is an entry-level slider with full QWERTY keyboard and homescreen access to MySpace and Facebook. Targeted at teenagers and young adults, the Karma has a 2.5-inch 240 x 320 display, 3.6Mbps HSDPA, 2-megapixel camera with video recording functionality and a microSD card slot. The media player supports audio and video and has both a 3.5mm headphone jack and A2DP stereo Bluetooth 2.0 support. There's even A-GPS and AT&T load their Navigator PND app onto the handset.

Some of Karmas other features include a full HTML browser, mobile email support including AOL, Yahoo!, and Windows Live Mail, and it can receive and send SMS and MMS messages. There is also voice-memo recording, a speakerphone, and CrystalTalk active background noise filter. AT&T will be selling the Motorola Karma QA1 beginning June 28th and it will be priced at $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate. Also plan to budget for a minimum of a $39.99 voice plan and $20 data or messaging plan.

Nothing beats using your mobile phone and talking at the right time. Rather than push some button that allows you to speak, wouldn't it be nice if there would be some kind of headset that operates based on something like vibrations?

Well, thanks to Motorola, now there is one. The new device is the Motorola HX-1 Bluetooth Headset which can switch off the microphone and turns on an in-ear sensor from bone vibrations. The one of a kind feature is called the true bone conduction technology by Motorola.

The technology picks up from the familiar jawbone headsets technology which some other headsets may have had. Though no pricing has been announced for it yet, it is expected to initially hit the Asian market next month.

The Morrison in the picture here is one of Motorola's future Android phone. It's not official yet but it has been already leaked to the Internet. What we know so far is that it comes with a big enough touchscreen and a full QWERTY slide-out keyboard. The phone will probably be one of T-Mobile's future Android smartphones but we'll wait for some official press releases before we can confirm any of this. As you can see in the picture, T-Mobile's logo is present in the right corner of the screen but it could be all fake stuff. Rumors say we're going to see the Morrison emerge sometime by the end of the year so in case you want an Android Motorola phone you're going to have to wait quite a while.

The second phone available now from Verizon Wireless is the Motorola Rival. The phone is a dedicated to all those messaging maniacs. When it slides open the Rival reveals a backlit QWERTY keyboard ready for instant messaging and lots of other texting.

As the name implies, Motorola's new w7 Active Edition slider is aimed at those sporty types, with its built-in pedometer and personal trainer application. It appears that Moto is jumping on the accelerometer bandwagon with this phone since users can control functions on the phone with simple hand gestures:

We got you the pictures. Now we get you something to chew on before the official announcement from Motorola. Looks like the Motorola A455 is just another middle order CDMA handset with a QWERTY keypad added in, making it more of a mid-range messaging device more than anything else. The previously used moniker of RUSH2 is dropped in favor of "Rival," which sounds pretty absurd when it looks it won't be competing with any other handset in particular. Other tidbits leaked include dual-band CDMA support with EV-DO Rev A., stereo Bluetooth, a paltry 2-megapixel camera, microSD/SDHC support, an mp3 player with a a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and USB 2.0 connectivity.

The Evoke QA4, in spite of having a somewhat spacious touchscreen display, is a sleek slider falls into the same category as the Rival, and fails to evoke much enthusiasm in us. Features are somewhat analogous to the A455 and include a 2mpx camera, microSD/SDHC support, mp3 player, Bluetooth with A2DP, and voice recognition capability.

No info on a release date or pricing could be found, but as always, we will keep you posted when that happens.

With phones like these two Motorola will slowly disappear from the face of the cellphones business. Sure we need rugged phones but they could always look better than these two. The MC5590 and the MC5574 have been just announced by Motorola. They are business-oriented smartphones. But where would you have to work in order to get such a device? The North Pole? Are the phones made for those busy elves? The phones are going to arrive in Q2 so we might have an answer to those questions by then. No pricing details for now, but would you really buy any of those? And by the way, where are all those hot Moto phones we've seen back in December?

Motorola VE1 also known as Motorola Ruby or Motorola RAZR3 was supposed to be cancelled. But what do you know, the phone appeared all over a recent press release.

Is the Motorola Ruby VE1 coming anytime soon? The phone should run on UIQ 3 but there's no more UIQ development since the Symbian Foundation appeared. The question still remains. Is Motorola recycling the design? Will we see some sort of a VE1 soon?

Motorola has announced that they have teamed up with Boost Mobiline to launch its thinnest mobile flip phone, the Motorola Stature i9. It will be available from Boost by the end of February with Sprint getting the device shortly thereafter.

Motorola unveiled a sporty looking handset in the MOTOACTV W450 at the CES and this will certainly be a great gadget to have when you going outdoors. Featuring a rubberized external coating for easier handling, it also comes with a white chin bar to allow users for clipping onto a belt or a bag.

MOTOACTV W450 also features two color schemes, alpine white and black slate, with either canary yellow or mandarin accents. In addition to its sturdy exterior, the W450 allows users to look up symptoms and first aid tips for ailments that develop on the trail.

MotoPrizm, a 2G full touch phone, is the Korean version of the Motorola Crave ZN4. The Motorolla MotoPrizm was officially launched in Korea sporting a good-looking orange version. Motorola has blessed the Prizm with 840 x 480 pixels touchscreen display as well as some other great features.

Motorola has decided to surprise us all today when it announced the availability of three new handsets. These are the Renew W233, the Tundra VA76r and the SURF A3100 or Atila.

The Renew W233 will be arriving from T-Mobile next month while the Tundra VA76r clamshell phone is going to arrive from AT&T sooner or later. The Renew is supposed to be the first phone made from recycled water bottles. It has dual-band 850/1900 GSM/EDGE radio and it will get you 9 hours of talk time and microSD cards up to 2GB. The Tundra will run on the MOTOMAGX platform from Motorola and it will get you quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band 850/1900 HSDPA 3.2Mbps. A 2 megapixel camera, Stereo Bluetooth, aGPS and a 4GB microSD card complete the specs list.

The most interesting handset is by far the Atila. We've talked about it more than once and now we know it will offer tri-band 3G, a 3 megapixel camera, WiFi, aGPS, Stereo Bluetooth and support for 32GB microSD cards. The Atila will arrive in Q1 in Asian markets and other markets are probably going to follow soon.

We don't have prices for any of the three phones yet but I guess you figured that out so far.

Released earlier this fall, Motorola's Krave ZN4 from Verizon Wireless joins a strong crowd of competitors in the U.S. touch screen phone market. Unlike the Apple iPhone or the latest BlackBerry Storm, the Krave is no smartphone, but it offers features and design that is unique in its own right.M

The Krave touts not one, but two innovative touch screens, a one-of-a-kind design and superior multimedia services including live television from Verizon's VCAST Mobile TV, Rhapsody music service and the VZ Navigator GPS application.
Despite being a flip phone, the Krave's transparent cover only enhances the phone's vibrant 2.8-inch TFT LCD screen underneath. Additional highlights include a 2.0-megapixel camera, MP3 music player software, 3.5mm headset jack, full QWERTY keyboard and Bluetooth 2.0

Telus seems to be on a roll lately, and on top of the recently launched Blackberry Storm, they've added a Motorola handset entitled V750 to their growing catalog. One of the positive points of this Motorola phone is meeting the US Military specifications for special conditions, which means it can resist to sand, dust, humidity, rain, and more.

In terms of features, the Motorola V750 will come with a 2-megapixel camera, slot for memory cards that can hold 8GB of audio, a 2.5mm earphone jack to listen to all the music, and a display screen that provides a resolution of 240x320 pixels. As for the price, $200 with 3-year contract, $300 for 2-year contract, $350 with a 1-year contract, and finally the non-contract version costs $400.

The iDEN ready BlackBerry 8350i Curve has been released by Spring Nextel today and coincidentally the same day Motorola i9 pictures appeared around the web. The phone should be released soon by Sprint Nextel as this is another iDEN ready phone.

The i9 is a clamshell phone which will feature a 3 megapixel camera with auto focus and flash, ModeShift and GPS and push-to-talk services. Feeling lucky? Will it be released before Christmas? We are yet to find out!
