Casio has unveiled its newest mobile phone for the Japanese KDDI network -- the W61CA waterproof EXILIM mobile phone. The W61CA is a waterproof clamshell type phone boasting a 5.1 megapixel camera using the Casio EXILIM technology. Being waterproof means it's designed for the people with active lifestyle in mind. And hence, it also features calorie consumption calculation as well as details of elapsed time and distance traveled. As an added bonus, the anime character, "Adelie penguin" is featured on the phone's standby screen. The Casio W61CA features a 2.7-inch QVGA LCD, a microSD card slot of up to 2GB, high-speed infrared connection, and Japanese-English dictionary among others. The Casio W61CA will come in Mode Green, Couture Gold, Esprit Yellow, and Robe White.
