Once again, another product has been slapped with the “world’s smallest” label again. In this case, it is an NAS called the Thecus N0204.
One of the reasons for its small size is because it uses 2.5 inch hard drives, and it uses HDD or SSD, with a max. capacity of 1TB. It is compatible with both Mac and PC networks and with Wi-Fi or Gigabit LAN via Ethernet connection.
You should be able to purchase it for about $150, but you will have to provide your own drives.

The USB TV Card Player might be the easiest way to get footage from an SDHC card to your television. Of course, you have to use composite connectors, but it will support formats like DIVX, WMA, MP3, and JPEGs. It also comes with a nice IR remote.
So if you are looking for a way to get some files on your TV, feel free to head over to the Giz Fever website and lay down $53.99.

AT&T has filed a lawsuit against Verizon Wireless after Big Red launched that “There’s a map of that” campaign. AT&T alleges that Verizon is misleading customers into thinking that AT&T doesn’t offer coverage in various areas of the U.S. The Trial has been filed in the Federal District Court in Atlanta and while we’ll be waiting for a ruling in favor of either AT&T or Verizon, AT&T has instructed its employees on how to respond to any questions regarding the trial.
Below you’ll find the memo with all the precise instructions:
Channels: COR, DMDR, LD, and NR Internal
Roles: Reps & Above
Markets: All
Contact: Your ManagerAT&T filed a lawsuit on November 4, 2009 against Verizon’s “There’s a Map for That” advertising campaign. Independent research shows that the maps in the advertisements mislead consumers into believing that we do not offer any wireless service in the vast majority of the country. In fact, AT&T’s 2.5G EDGE network covers 1.75 million square miles of the United States, reaching some 296 million people, roughly the same number reached by Verizon’s network. This network supports popular services like e-mail, surfing the Web, texting, and voice calling, including the activities shown in the Verizon TV advertisements. In addition, our 3G service, the nation’s fastest, is available in more than 9,400 cities and towns.
We filed the lawsuit in Federal District Court in Atlanta and asked that Verizon be prohibited from misleading consumers regarding the scope of our wireless network.
How should I respond to customers who ask about the lawsuit?
While we cannot speculate on the complaint filed, it is a great opportunity to remind customers of AT&T’s many advantages that over 81 million customers enjoy, including:

For those that like to shoot video with the iPhone 3GS, this professional video grip could be what you’re looking for. This video stabilizer could be a “steadycam” for the iPhone, as there is far too much side movement when shooting on an iPhone 3GS in trying to hold it steady. The Zgrip iPhone Pro Z-ZG-IP is available at the Zaguto store for $295.00.

I’m not at the age where I worry about my kids finding something bad online, but when my children are a little bit older, I might get the Kids Online Guard USB Stick. Once it is plugged in, it is designed to keep kids away from certain files, websites, and folders which are “inappropriate”. I’m not certain what happens if junior just unplugs it from the USB port, but I’m guessing the computer will go into some kind of “lock mode”. You should be able to purchase this for about $21.69.

If you didn’t know, Microsoft is planning to launch an update for Windows Mobile 6.5 that will update the operating system to 6.5.1. Why exactly they didn’t include this major overhaul in the 6.5 release is beyond me but what we have for you above is some eyecandy showing off the new mobile OS’ features.
As you can see, Windows Mobile 6.5.1 will clearly make it easier for the average user to operate the software using nothing more than their fingers with previous versions of Windows Mobile catering more towards a stylus.
When will 6.5.1 be out? We’ll have to wait until Microsoft says anything more to make any guesses.

Not too long ago rumors began to surface that RIM was working on a Bluetooth enabled BlackBerry watch that would give users the ability to preview messages, see who is calling and more without having to whip their handset out.
Today, CrackBerry has gotten their hands on the above pictures of what they are saying is the official BlackBerry watch possibly called the inPulse. This device was apparently manufactured out of house for RIM and features an OLED screen.
We’ll have to wait until more information is made known regarding this device.

You know, for the longest time, I’ve made do with Tracfones. They’re dirt cheap–thirty bucks every three months–and for as little as I use them, I don’t need a phone with a whole lot of bells and whistles. At least, that’s what I thought before the crew out at Puremobile sent me a Nokia N97 to take a look at, and I got a first hand look at how stone-axe primitive I was living in terms of cell phones.
The Nokia N97 cell phone is a small, smooth smartphone that comes with a panoply of options so wide and varied that it made my head spin the first time I tried it. This sucker comes with a five megapixel camera, GPS capability, map software, web browsing, and a fully functional QWERTY keyboard hidden underneath the phone’s front panel. It has an autorotate sensor that lets you go from landscape to portrait with a flick of the wrist, 32 gigs of onboard storage and 128 megs of RAM.
I actually once used a COMPUTER with less RAM than this phone carries. The sheer number of options contained within this phone, the sheer number of things it can do, boggles my mind, and it seems like with every passing day, I find more things that this Swiss Army knife of a phone can do.
I confess to a certain amount of amazement with this phone. It replaces so many things with a device roughly the size of two credit cards taped together. Considering that, as far as I can tell from Amazon, this sucker has a retail cost of seven hundred dollars, this is a great one to consider if you want a top of the line model. More budget conscious folks may want to stick with the Tracfone.

The Pentax K-x, announced last month, was originally planned with just a few colors upon release including black, white, and red. For some odd reason, Pentax is putting out this multi-colored version based on the Kore Ja Nai robot toy that you see to the right of the chromatic camera itself. It will be on sale at the Pentax online store for about $880 with only 100 units. Personally, I think Pentax is trying to get in a little more money with the soon-to-be released CG version of Astro Boy.
