Since it’s debut in June of this year Apple has sold over 5 million iPhones, it is quite an amazing acheivement being that Apple is totally new to the cell phone industry and being able to shake it up and make such a massive impact in such a shot amount of time in the industry is a phenomenal effort. Apple is one of the most dynamic and smartest companies in the world (Not just in the tech industry, but all industries), they make it in our TOP 5 Most Dynamic Mobile Tech Companies of 2007:

1. Samsung Electronics - (Every gadget you can image, growing fast in the cell phone sector)
2. Apple Inc - (Business of The Year, Announced one of greatest innovations of all time for a 2nd time in the form of iPhone, better Macs, opening heaps of branded stores and doing smart long term business deals with major wireless providers around the world.)
3. Google -(Dominating Ad sector, Youtube, Future Andriod, All worldwide search engines growing fast in mobile sector, doubleclick, spectrum? and completely dominates the top 100 sites in the world list.)
4. Micorsoft - (suit settled, could dominate video games sector soon, new vista, office and more great software, wm 6.0, more great software, making bold moves in cell phone sector and zune, facebook, looking into buying top sites. PS Also I would like to give special metion to AOL they aren’t really a mobile tech company, but overall in the tech biz they have been very busy trying to compete with the above this year, they picked up on the social phenomenom, and gave it a shot with Netscape, they embraced the blogging community with Weblogs Inc, they started their own video site Joost, they acquired ad networks Quigo, Screen Media, ADTECH andTACODA, they also have new CEO and they have been really busy starting stuff in overseas countries and much much more.

Logitech unveiled the new Cordless Desktop Wave keyboard/mouse combo, featuring a stylishly designed ergonomic keyboard with special keys for Windows Vista. The Whack received a review unit a couple of days ago and I have been running a 24-hour burn in test and other usual tests on the combo. The mouse that comes with the combo package is the Logitech LX8 Cordless Laser Mouse.

Setting up the USB transceiver (pictured below) and installing the drivers took just under 10 minutes and after inserting the batteries (provided in the package!) in the keyboard and mouse, I was up and running.

The keyboard design is way better than any laptop or regular keyboard I have seen. I have an Acer Future keyboard at home - another one of those ergonomic ones with a little trackpad and split spacebar - so I know how important and useful the keyboard design is. Logitech has definitely upped the ante with the Cordless Desktop Wave keyboard.

The different key heights to conform to the shape of your fingers is definitely appreciated, and you can throw away your old keyboard for good. The Vista keys are pretty much useless to me at the moment as I am still using Windows XP. The Calculator button is a convenient feature that I found myself using quite often. There are also programmable F-keys - quick shortcuts to your favorite apps and games.

Blackberry 8320, another smartphone is rumored to be launched in the Spain market. It willl be a WiFi device with a 2 megapixel camera with zoom lens and flash LED along with GPS. Blackberry is expected to launch with Vodafone with RIM functionality. Its code name is Daytona. Nothing much is talked about this cell phone. So, we have to wait till it is officially announced.
