With all the New Year’s Eve parties and fireworks we didn’t miss Zune’s misfortune. The Zune 30GB died a couple of days ago but luckily there is a solution for you. I’d ask for my money back and go get an MP3 player from the competition. Microsoft however has a fix which will bring your Zune back to life.

Here’s what you’d have to do”

    1. Disconnect your Zune from USB and AC power sources.
    2. Because the player is frozen, its battery will drain—this is good. Wait until the battery is empty and the screen goes black. If the battery was fully charged, this might take a couple of hours.
    3. Wait until after noon GMT on January 1, 2009 (that’s 7 a.m. Eastern or 4 a.m. Pacific time).
    4. Connect your Zune to either a USB port on the back or your computer or to AC power using the Zune AC Adapter and let it charge.

Once the battery has sufficient power, the player should start normally. No other action is required—you can go back to using your Zune!

Better go get you receipts in order and go get you money back. If you don’t then you might expect similar surprises in the near future.

Check out the Organic Workstation in the picture. That’s the name of this desk concept. Stevie Miles Brewu designed one of the most comfortable, and surely the most ergonomic I’ve seen lately. It’s certainly more ergonomic than my current desk anyway.

It features adjustable positioning related to the angle of seating, a screen, a keyboard and a foot rest. Where do I get one and how much will it cost me? What if I bring my own keyboard and monitor?

  • Apple Mactini and Mactini Nano

Wondering where is the human kind headed in terms of gadgets? Well maybe you should check out the ad above. It presents Apple’s Mactini and Mactini Nano. Steve Jobs wasn’t willing to present the new products but that’s not that surprising since he has already withdrawn from Macworld. There’s no news yet on pricing and availability. What do you think? Which one’s would be the best for you?

This post is, of course, a joke, and should be treated accordingly.

How cool is this?! I could use one of those for sure. Do you see how comfortable that dude is sitting in that chair? Are you wondering what it is? It is a Gravity Balans Recliner, inspired by Peter Opsvik and created about 25 years ago.

Varier is offering this cozy chair for only $1200, ensuring you great comfort and relaxation. What it does is bringing you to an almost 0 gravity position. What more can you dream of? Sleeping like an astronaut, almost defying gravity! How do you get off it though?

They only produced 250 pieces, each one signed personally by Peter Opsvik himself. There are many colors, textiles and wood styles you can chose from. Just make sure you get this comfy Christmas presents under your tree!

Here’s something no analyst could have foreseen. It looks like the big brains over at Microsoft have found the perfect solution to cope with the current world financial situation. The company will sell clothes! T-shirts and such. After all everyone needs food and clothes to survive, not cars or gadgets!

The t-shirts have been created by Crispin Porter & Bogusky and it looks like they have take it from the beginning. We have our DOS line out there and we’re counting on both companies to make it to Windows Vista and beyond. It will be so cool to wear Microsoft clothes wouldn’t you say? And you know what’s the saddest thing that can happen yet? We might later find out that Crispin Porter & Bogusky has used Macs to get the job done. We have no idea what the blue screens shirts cost but they’ll be out on December 15th.
