Wow, that’s like so cool! It is said that Sprint’s Blackberry Curve will get GPS and WiFi all into one. It’s kind of a special offer which they will simply name the 8350i. Probably RIM will name it and Sprint will sell it. Well I guess at first it was really a mind boggling problem to fit the GPS and the WiFi antenna inside the precious Curve. And now it’s all fixed.
I am guessing that’s going to happen sometime soon with Sprint and other carriers will follow. After all why buy a Curve with only one of the must have features when you can get them both now?

While some Russians are eager to get their mobile heavy duty tanks in little Georgia, Research in Motion is eager to get their mobile BlackBerries in Russia. The BlackBerry 8800 was launched in Russia for Beeline subscribers
The BlackBerry 8800 despite not being the newest RIM out there, is going to bring advanced email and messaging to Russian subscribers. The QWERTY full keyboard will support both English and Russian language. It will help you navigate online through the Internet browser. An organizer and media player with audio and video support are also available. The LCD comes with light sensing technology which will automatically adjust backlighting. The GPS is present too as well as an expandable memory slot.
So get off your tank, leave the Georgians alone and get yourself a BlackBerry 8800.

Let me tell you this much, whether I am or not an Apple fan, I still liked better the worldwide kind of handset launch we witnessed in July. Apple is going to do it again on August 22nd for 20 more countries and once more later this year for every country left without an iPhone.

While we’re all waiting to get our hands on a Bold or Thunder, Research in Motion has more phones coming. Such a phone is the BlackBerry Javelin and we have some leaked pictures filled with details and features:
The phone doesn’t have 3G support and it will be available some time next year.

We’ve talked about the Thunder for a long time wondering when and where is it going to hit the market. According to this leaked inventory screen the BlackBerry Thunder will be released on Octorber 13th. Word on the street is that’s the actual release date at least for Verizon.
The Thunder is the 9530 in the list above. No news on pricing and plans of course. We’ll just have to wait for more leaked info.

The BlackBerry Bold has arrived surprisingly in Chile before anywhere else. But now it appears that other carriers in the world are getting ready to launch it. That’s no big news since we’ve heard numerous launch dates rumored for the Bold. It’s time for UK’s T-Mobile to announce it for the UK.
T-Mobile will have RIM’s latest creation in shops and online store starting this September. There are no pricing and plans details yet but T-Mobile will offer the Bold to both T-Mobile Business 1-Plan customer and regular customers.
Vodafone will also get the Bold before the 1st of November while 3 will have the Bold later next year.

Although a bunch of carriers have announced bringing the Bold to their subscribers in countries like Canada, the USA or Germany, Chile is going to be the first country to officially get the Bold.
Chile’s carrier Movistar will have the BlackBerry Bold for sale. Chileans will have to pay a steep price to get it, 299,990 Chilean Pesos or about $588. Wonder how they manged to become the first carrier in the world to get the Bold. They sure like to brag about it, don’t they?

Just as promised, T-Mobile has launched the vividly colored BlackBerry Curve Sunset on its network today. The promo (pictured above) shows it to look a little more alluring than the spy shot we had brought you earlier, but we’ll let you be the judge of that. The innards are still the same as any other Curve 8320 already available, so have no doubt that this will sport the same features like WiFi and HotSpot@Home among other RIM standard features. Available starting today at $149.99 with a two-year agreement from T-Mobile.

Are you waiting for some colored BlackBerries to arrive from your favorite Canadian carrier? Well Bell Mobility is going to add new colors to their BlackBerry Pearl and Curve.
The BlackBerry Pearl is supposed to arrive in White and Titanium, while the BlackBerry Curve 8330 in red. In case you want to buy either one of those three new colored berries, you have to wait a few more days until August 8th when they will be available. I’d advise against that though. After all the Bold and Thunder are around the corner.

While we’re waiting for Rogers to finally start selling RIM’s Bold, we’re told that Telstra is going to be the carrier to bring the Bold to Australians. Don’t be jumping in the air just yet as this BlackBerry will be available only in late September.
There’s even better news for Telstra business customers. They will be able to get a Bold for free if they choose to. Starting today any business customer can register for a Telstra BlackBerry Bold online or by dialing 1800BUSINESS.

After we’ve seen the Samsung Omnia arriving at T-Mobile Germany, another hot smartphone of this year is going to hit the German market. The BlackBerry Bold has been announced to be available from T-Mobile. So let me get this straight: T-Mobile is going to offer the 3G iPhone, the Samsung Omnia and the BlackBerry Bold so far? I guess the Thunder is going to be offered by them too right?

While we’ve heard news about the future US prices for the BlackBerry Bold, we didn’t know anything about Canadian carrier Rogers and its intentions with the BlackBerry Bold. It has been suggested that the Bold will be available for $199 only, with a three years plan. That looked like a very good price, but a highly unlikely one.
New information suggest that Rogers has the BlackBerry Bold price set up at $299 with a three years contract. It’s still a very good price, comparable to the 3G iPhone 16GB version. Hopefully the Bold will get better plans than the iPhone.
We’re waiting for July 25th for official news. That’s when the BlackBerry Bold is said to arrive. I’m curios how many handsets will RIM sell in their first three days. Especially as the Thunder is only a few months away! Would you get a Bold or a Thunder?

That’s right folks, we have pictures with the actual keyboard from BlackBerry Thunder. Sure it’s a exactly the same touchscreen keyboard the iPhone has. Well not exactly the same identical one but the same concept. You get my point right? From what we can see here, and if it’s not photoshopped, the Thunder looks good. I don’t think anyone will miss the real QWERTY classic keyboard. We’ve heard some weird rumors about the Thunder last week but from this pictures everything seems to be going fine, with RIM on its way of releasing another best seller.
Let’s not forget about the haptic feedback system this BlackBerry is going to have. Hopefully it’s going to work out just fine and we will get that great touch and feel experience when dealing with RIM’s touchscreen. And besides the actual tactile feeling you will get a click sound similar to the sound a pressed key makes. It’s weird why we feel the need to receive a response when touching a screen. Did I say touching? I mean multi-touching of course. That’s right, multi-touch is rumored to be available.
Waiting for more picture and facts about this BlackBerry here. Bad news or good news we’re covering all kinds, just send it in!

We have more leaked photos of RIM’s Javelin. The BlackBerry Javelin is supposed to be one of the newest addition to the Berry family. While we still don’t have an official release date or a price, we can fantasize about it just by looking at its specs. That’s of course if we aren’t Apple people!
The BlackBerry Javelin as spotted in this picture will have some of the following features:

Imagine my surprise and astonishment today when I found myself reading two different sets of news about the BlackBerry Thunder. How’s that surprising? Well according to some, the Thunder is really enjoyable to use and ready to enter production. According to others, the Thunder really sucks and it won’t be hear for the next four or five months.

Well look here what the cat dragged in. These appear to be genuine leaked pictures of the newest RIM creation, the BlackBerry 9500 also known as the Thunder.
The impressive 360×480 touch display is the major upgrade RIM had in mind for us. Sure we will miss the full QWERTY keyboard but we’re not going to need it where we’re going. Aside from the ‘giant’ screen, yes it’s bigger than the iPhone’s, we will get the OS 4.7. Surely this is going to be the closest iPhone competitor so far. We’ve heard lots of rumors and we’re anxiously waiting for it to be released. As long as the Thunder will have a decent price and at least the same application support as the iPhone does, we’re sure to have one hell of a fight for mobile supremacy. HTC and Samsung beware! Your Touch Diamonds and Instincts or Omnias might be easily surpassed by the 9500.
