Finally we’ve got a glimpse of the new Verizon XV6800 in the flesh. This new model is set to replace the old model XV6700. Stylistically it’s not much different than its predacessor, but it does have a 2-megapixel camera and 256MB of flash memory. The phone is also able to work on the EV-DO Rev. A network, which is pretty cool. Other than these pics, we haven’t received any word on pricing or a release date. This will have to hold us over for a bit.

The uber cool Samsung SGH-P110 may win brownie points for its trendy design and its automatic switching display. However when it comes to features, the Samsung SGH-P110 leaves much to be desired.

The Samsung P110 is a paradox of sorts as on one end it has some advance features like; Full QWERTY Keyboard, Bluetooth Stereo Music Profile (A2DP) and Instant Messaging and on the other end it has just a VGA Camera and no memory card slot! Not sure which niche group the handset has been targeted at but expect the GSM/GPRS/EDGE (900/1800/1900 MHz) to create a buzz in the coming weeks!

Some other features found on the Samsung SGH-P110 include; 25MB User Memory, Automatic Switching Display, dimensions of 1 x 47 x 19.5 mm, Bluetooth v2.0 / USB, 2.1 inch display and a speaker phone. No word on pricing or availability.

Motorola has announced more goodies at the 3GSM show this week, and appropriately, the MOTO Q GSM phone. The MOTO Q GSM phone is a great all-in-one device which features a full QWERTY keyboard, Windows Mobile, Bluetooth, a 1.3-megapixel camera, and high-speed internet connections. It also features great audio sound, WiFi connectivity through the optional miniSDIO card, and the ability to view and edit Microsoft Office documents. In other words, this is a great device for business and pleasure.

The MOTO Q GSM is a quad-band phone, which means you can use it where ever you are. You can send and receive texts, emails, and attachments anywhere as well, by using quad-band GPRS, EDGE networks, and at WiFi hotspots.

The MOTO Q GSM is pre-loaded with Windows Media player, which makes listening to your favorite music or watching videos as simple as can be. With an optional 1GB miniSD card, y ou can store photos, music, and videos. It is expected to be available in Q2 2007.

Today Motorola announced the new MOTORIZR Z8, which is designed to provide you with the ultimate mobile entertainment experience. The Z8 includes a large QVGA 16m TFT display (awesome!), which has the ability to display crystal clear video at 30fps. You can store your favorite videos and songs on the phone directly through the use of a 4GB microSD card (not included, optional).

The MOTORIZR is only slightly larger then the MOTORAZR phone we’ve all come to know quite well, at just 15.5mm. It’s also a slider, which is pretty cool. For high-speed internet access, the phone has HSDPA Symbian software and 3.5G enablers, which delivers you quick acess to contact and smooth service operation. The phone also includes a 2-megapixel camera with a dedicated shutter button for one-click photo and video capture, integrated lumi LED light, and red-eye reduction. You won’t find that kind of camera with those features on just any old phone.
