The much anticipated LG KF900 is soon to be available in the US. The phone was released a few days ago but hasn’t been available in the US yet. But now, it seems as though the wait is over as FCC has approved the retailing of the LG KF900. The LG KF900 is the successor of the extremely popular LG Prada phone. This time some fancy features come to compliment the exquisite looks of the designer phone. And believe it or not the only difference in design is the addition of a QWERTY keyboard.
The new 3G HSDPA LG handset features besides the new keyboard a 5MP camera with Schneider Kreuzach lens, 3 inch WQVGA 400×240px touchscreen, Wi-fi, Prada ring-tones, FM tuner, TV out, Bluetooth, media player, and Bluetooth.

By more we mean we have absolutely no clue of what else the Incite will bring to the table. The device is expected to hit later this year so we’d expect some FCC shots soon.

The LG KC780 is a slider phone which has a great 8 megapixel camera. LG has announced it today and we’re going to take a look at its official features. Too bad there’s no 3G, WiFi or GPS to start with. They would have come in handy for sending lots of pictures to friends and geo-tagging them. But it looks like LG didn’t think about that!
Here are the official features:
If you are interested in an mid-range phone with a great phone, the KC780 will arrive in Europe in November while other Asian markets are going to follow soon.

More and more cellphone manufacturers are getting into the whole App Store movement. Just like the Eee PC concept made most of the PC manufacturers design their own, Apple’s App Store has convinced others to create their own stores. We have RIM, T-Mobile and Google stores and now LG steps up to the plate.
LG launched its LG Mobile Developer Network which will help developers both developers and LG to launch new applications designed for the mobile world. While Apple has a very successful operation going on which is pretty profitable for both the company and the developers, I’ll be really interested to see how LG for example is going to perform.

The LG KC910, or the Renoir, is finally available in Europe. Asia and Latin America will follow in November. Africa and the Middle East are next in December while China will get it in January. Something seems to be missing wouldn’t you say?
Here are the official features of the Renoir:
The Renoir seems to be a worthy adversary. It has lots of camera options like the Touch Shot which lets you tell the camera what it should be focusing on. Not to mention it’s the slimmest 8 megapixel cameraphone available so far.
So LG hit me with some prices. And maybe with updated release dates for you know, only the rest of the world?

One of the first times we mentioned the LG Wine was to talk about its South Korean debut, and that happened like 6 months ago, in April. Another recent mention was made 3 months ago, on July, when the Wine was presented in Europe and Japan.
As you can see, the worldwide expansion of this simple cellphone is pretty good, and to prove that point Canada has joined the list by offering the LG Wine threw an exclusive deal with Bell Mobility.
About the phone itself, what can we say… it is basic but works like a charm. It features a 2.2-inch display, 1.3-megapixel camera, bluetooth, and the special detail – being compatible with GPS navigation.
The LG Wine is available in 2 colors – black and gold – for $80 with a 3-year contract.
Adel Bazerghi from Bell, comments:

LG has announced yet another cellphone that has touchscreen as one of the main features. The LG KP500 was announced today and will be officially in the shelves on late October, for an unknown price.
There aren’t many specific details about the new KP500, but we could gather that it will come with a 3-inch touchscreen accompanied by a Stylus, making the usability better and the probability of smudges popping up much smaller, unlike with happens when using the iPhone…

After T-Mobile and HTC have finally proven that the Android OS is working properly on a phone, more manufacturers and carriers will want to sell their own Android powered smartphones.
We’ve seen Motorola expanding it’s Android project and now it’s Samsung and LG ready to commit to creating an Android phone each in 2009. Both companies are likely to launch their Android handsets by Q3 of 2009 but not sooner. Mirae Asset Securities says the delay is caused by carriers like Vodafone which are skeptic about Google’s OS, although that’s not a confirmed, official statement. Does that mean that not everyone is thrilled about the Android?
