Casio releases firmware updates to Exilim digital cameras

casio-exilim-firmware-updates.gifCasio has just announced a new “gift” for owners of Exilim digital cameras, which is related to firmware updates to a wide range of their photo-shooting products. In case you own one of the following devices, consider yourself a lucky person: EX-S880, EX-Z5, EX-Z6, EX-Z7, EX-Z8, EX-Z12, EX-Z15, EX-Z77, and EX-Z1080.

The changes made to some of the cameras is the white balance system used while recording movies, which is now suppose to work better. One of the other upgrades is related to the maximum storage capacity that a camera can hold, from now on, the Exilim EX-Z5, EX-Z6, and EX-Z7 will be able to featured in a 8GB SDHC memory card, or even a bigger one
