Casio CHF-100 Watch
Casio has unveiled the CHF-100 watch, which is designed for athletic women who wish to monitor such aspects of their health as heart rate, energy consumtion, and so on. 
The watch's slim, lightweight design was designed especially for a woman, unlike other similiar devices which are typically designed with the male population in mind.
The watch also comes with a chest belt attachment, which will send heart rate information to the watch for monitoring. Knowing your heart rate during physical activity is especially helpful, and can indicate whether you should step up your efforts for maximum benefits, or if you are pushing it just a little too much. It also includes a timer/stopwatch function, and monitors energy consumption. The Casio CHF-100 watch has a large memory, allowing you to store up to 100 workouts, daily energy consumption information up to 30 days, and weekly energy consumption data up to 31 weeks.
The watch is available in Japan for 17,850 Yen (including tax), and goes on sale February 21, 2007.
