iPhoneBrowser might just be that piece of software you were looking for at least a year. If you want to better manage your iPhone’s file system and if you are a Windows iPhone user you should definitely give it a try.

This browser lets you browse (it would be weird not to let you do that) your iPhone files. You can copy and paste, drag and drop, go wild on your iPhone. Rearrange pictures or music, sort movies and upload new ones to and from your computer’s hard drives. And just to be sure you don’t mess anything up, there’s a convenient backup system.

This browser should work with most iPhones although an unlocked/jailbroken iPhone would be more suitable. I haven’t personally tested it but since it looks good in theory I will be waiting from some feedback from you guys!
