Bold Release, the BlackBerry 9000

BlackBerry 9000 has been officially released today. What's Bold about that? Well Bold is what RIM called their new toy. From now we will refer to it as the new BlackBerry Bold.
It's another remarkable creation and it's the first BlackBerry with full tri-band HSDPA support and I'm sure more will follow. It comes with GPS and WiFI support where available, and it has of course the full QWERTY keyoard (customizable to AZERTY or QWERTZ for some languages).
The Bold is powered up by a 624 MHz mobile processor and has a 128MB flash memory completed by a 1GB on board storage memory.A microSD slot is there for those of you who need more space for their applications, videos and music. The LCD is half-VGA (480x320) for a better experience. Visualize photos, websites and video like never before. The built-in 2 megapixel camera with video recording capability, built-in flash and 5x digital zoom will come in handy when you will need that fast picture. And for smoother web surfing, besides the 3G and WiFI I already mentioned there's a mouse like track-ball.
Bold offers Bluetooth support and an USB port for fast synchronizing it with your PC.
With the quad-band EDGE and tri-band HSDPA support BlackBerry Bold will be available from various carriers this summer. You'll have great quality calls and data support no matter where you are. Just be prepared for the roaming charges.
With all this in mind we can't wait to see what BlackBerry application are going to come out of that $150 million fund to go with this Bold baby!
