I do admire how the iPad does the e-reader application, with the books front-facing, like you were seeing them at a bookstore.
I guess I am not alone, as this new RSS Reader Blogshelf puts all the RSS feeds into the same system of order. The end result is something that looks rather pleasing to the eye rather than wordy and business-like. You can only subscribe to 90 blogs with this service, which may or may not be enough for you.
If you are a casual blog reader, than you might want to get an iPad eReader Recliner to read them all.
