Blio for e-book readingBy Mark Rollins - 12/29/2009 2:33:07 PM |
Blio is software that is enabled for cross-platforms such as the iPhone and PC. Designed by Kurzweil, it “lets you read your ebooks as they’re intended to look on paper”.
Blio gives the user/e-reader access to a book’s rich illustrations, and its text-to-speech capabilities to turn any e-book into an audiobook. This Blio app is probably going to be for free, and it should change the platform for e-book reading next year with all the readers and tablets that are being released.
