BlackBerry Pearl Smartphone now in Jordan
Fastlink and Research In Motion announced the launch of the BlackBerry Pearl smartphone in Jordan. Pearl provides the familiar well-known access to BlackBerry wireless services including email, text messaging and more importantly, corporate data apps.
The mobile provider Fastlink will also be providing BlackBerry Internet Service for its customers. Users can enjoy a digital camera and media player onboard the new BlackBerry. For additional storage, the device also offers expandable memory.
In the Middle East, the BlackBerry service is currently available in Jordan, Egypt, the UAE and Bahrain.
